GOLFLETICA®: “The Art of Golf Performance”
We are focused on helping golfers achieve their highest potential of golf performance. This not only includes playing well, but also feeling well, physically and mentally. We achieve this through a combination of physical treatments, strength and conditioning, motor pattern development, nutrition, mental support, performance coaching and others. We are not golf instructors but we will help optimize your swing biomechanics. We have a variety of tools such as K-Vest, a 3-dimensional biomechanics analysis system. Dr. Sese in an advisory board member for K-Vest.
On the PGA Tour, Dr. Sese implements GOLFLETICA® as he works with his players. He has had the opportunity to work with a number of Tour players including some past Major Champions and regular Tour event winners. He still travels on a regular basis to help keep his players healthy and playing at their most optimal levels. Patients who visit our clinic in Bellevue may occasionally see one of their favorite golfers working with “Doc”.
Shawn, the Director of Golf Conditioning and head of the Junior Golf Development and College Tour Development Programs implements the element of GOLFLETICA® with all her athletes. She has been helping junior golfers, amateur golfers and up and coming professional golfers reach the next level for several years now. Some of our Junior Golf Development Program graduates have since finished college and are now transitioning to aspiring professional golfers on tours such as the women’s Symmetra and Cactus Tours and the men’s mini tours throughout the country.
Overall, GOLFLETICA® is a way of life. It is how a true golfer lives, breathes, eats, prepares and dedicates him or herself to mastering this challenging yet beautiful sport.
